Free Tax Document Package Promotion Rules

Lendesk Technologies ULC (“Lendesk”) is proud to offer a free tax document package promotion as detailed below. For every mortgage application you submit using Lender Connect, which directs the application from Finmo directly to the Lendesk Lender Network (“Submission”), you will receive a credit for one free tax document package pull (“Credit”).

 

This promotion will begin on June 3, 2021 and will end on August 1, 2021 (“Promotion Period”). The Credit will be applied to the team account on the first date of the month following the month in which the Submission was made. Any Credits earned during the Promotion Period will expire on December 31, 2021. Credits have no cash value. The same Submission submitted to multiple lenders or multiple times to the same lender will only receive one Credit. If a Submission is submitted multiple times, only the first instance will receive a Credit. A pre-approval submission does not constitute a Submission and is not eligible to receive a Credit.The “team” that is listed on the Submission will be the receiver of the Credit. All Submissions must be for real clients or borrowers with the true intent of retaining mortgage financing and are subject to verification by Lendesk, in its sole discretion.

 

There are no limits as to how many Credits you can earn by continuing to make unique Submissions during the Promotion Period. Submissions do not need to be approved or funded by the lender to receive Credits. This promotion may not be combined with any other tax document package promotion, discount, or credit program. Lendesk reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or modify this promotion offer at any time without prior notice and with no liability.
